Transaction SM51
In this transaction, we can monitor the sap system instance
whether it is active and the various types of work processes are configured on
the system. The Server name is made of Hostname+SAPSID+system number
By choosing the Release notes in the picture we can find the
level of Kernel applied to the SAP system. This Kernel lists all those errors
that were fixed by SAP in this patch level.
